The current housemates who are two males and one female are looking for a clean and tidy, sociable young professional/mature student/postgrad between 20 and 32 years old to share with them.

Rent is £350 per month which includes council tax and water rates, with £300 deposit. Other bills such as electricity, gas and internet are approximately £15 - £20 per person per month
