I have just finished an MSc in sustainability as a mature student and am now working in Exeter. I am into tennis, exploring Devon, art and green things (but not fanatically so!).

I am looking for a quiet, but sociable, clean mature house share in Exeter.

I would consider a more rural area if there is space for an office/studio and am able to look after animals in part exchange for rent if this appeals to any one out there!
