The room is located in Rowancroft Studios, Rowancroft residences being just off Heavitree a few minutes walk from St. Lukes campus. The room is far enough from Fore St. that no sound of traffic is heard even with the windows open. It is close to all shopping needs.

Many students live in Rowancroft who travel to Streatham campus, either by walking, riding a bike, or taking the bus. There is ample space to park your bikes, under a shelter. There are a few vending machines located outside the building which have ice cream bars, chocolates, and toasties.
