I'm renting a wonderful flat for 6 months and need someone for the second room. Unfortunately it's only for 6 months but it will be a great place to spend the winter.

The flat is centrally located (literally a stones throw from Exeter Central train station) and beautifully decorated. You will be sharing with me, a friendly and easygoing professional. I am hoping to find someone similar but all I really care about is if you are friendly and don't leave the place looking like a tip (I'm not obsessed but I've lived in student shares so stacked dirty dishes and rubbish don't do it for me any more).
