Part Time Residential Call Handlers

Several exciting part time opportunities are available working for one of the UK's leading utilities companies based in their prestigious offices located on the outskirts of Exeter.

These part time positions are available on an ongoing basis however due to the training provided you must be able to commit to a minimum of three months in the first instance. You will be based within the Business to Customers department and responsible for advising existing customers on the payment of outstanding debt.


Main Duties:

• Contacting existing customers via the telephone
• Dealing with Live accounts and advising on the payment of outstanding debts
• Updating in house computer systems to amend customer records
• Ad hoc administration

• Customer focused telephone manner
• Confident communication skills
• Good general level of education
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets
• Strong ability to work as part of a busy team
• Self motivated with a positive ‘can do’ attitude

Hours:

There is a certain amount of flexibility however there is a minimum requirement of 17.5 hours per week, this includes every Saturday from 08:30 until 14:00 then there is a choice of a minimum three week nights from Monday-Thursday 4pm-8pm. The maximum hours available would be 21.5 hours, four week nights plus every Saturday.

Rate of Pay:
£6 per hour
