Good morning,
As you are reading this advert I am hoping that perhaps you may have a property to suit us.
We require a small 2 bedroom cottage on a long term let of 3 years plus.
The cottage would be for myself and my Son who is 24.
The cottage would ideally be in one of the surrounding villages of Exeter with nice views and a small shop.
Our requirements are quite basic,although being used to an open fire we would like to retain this little luxury!
The cottage would not have to be in the best condition as we are more than happy to redecorate ourselves,in fact we would prefer to do this.
As we have a business in central Exeter we would like to be able to commute easily.
We enjoy cooking so a nice kitchen would be very welcome.
Payment to you would be by Direct Debit monthly and a deposit and references are available.
We are looking for a monthly rental of @£600pcm.
If you have anything that you may think is suitable or perhaps you have a small cottage but have never rented it out even though you would like to, please contacr me as this is a very genuine request.
Although the date required is November 1st we are able to move sooner should the right property be offered.
