I am a professional jeweller and silversmith and I need a workshop in Exeter or up to 10 miles outside. A space of approx 80-100 sq ft with power and lighting and access to running water and WC. If you have an unused outbuilding or good shed spare this would make an ideal space for me! I can pay max £100 month depending on the space.
