Card Printer. Minor bit of damage to the rear of the plastic casing, but doesn't affect its operation.

As model shown in photo, but with a metal tray hopper at front rather than the plastic box hopper shown.

Has been used to test it and works - bottom few mil of card comes out a little faint - probably requires cleaning.
