I am a qualified counsellor and CBT cognitive behavioural therapist. I work in the Exeter area. I am fully insured and am a member of the British Association of counsellors and psychotherpists. I charge £35 a hour, some concessions are available.
The main issues I work with are; Stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, common life events, anger, guilt, low self esteem, phobias and self harm and work related issues.
