Room available in shared flat in Mount Pleasant, Exeter from 1st Aug.
Rent is £295 per month each- plus bills; to be split- council tax and phone/tv/broadband is monthly, gas is billed quarterly and electric is on a key meter. The flat is nicely decorated and part furnished and I hope new carpets will be fitted by August. I have been living here for 10 years and require a flat mate who is tidy, not too nosy, likes cats and is employed and solvent. I am a musician and occasionally have friends round. My daughter stays most weekends. There is a residents parking scheme in Mount Pleasant. I would prefer a female to share with, although I would consider a male flatmate.
