I am a 31yr old male looking for a 2nd person to share clean 2 bedroomed house in Teignmouth -it has parking for 2 cars, estuary view and  enclosed garden. Good access to Exeter Road.
It is 15 mins walk to sea front and train station, and 2 mins to local Spar shop and bus stop.
The rent is £350 pcm excluding bills.
Couples would be considered - rent negotiable.
