I have a two bedroomed static caravan sited on Exonia Park for sale. It has a private garden stocked with shrubs and trees. I have lived here for 16 years. The home is 40foot by 10ft. There is a lounge, kitchen,bathroom and hallway leading to the two bedrooms and the covered porch... which leads you out into the private garden. There is a single bedroom and a double room. The double bed will stay and has views to the garden.
