Estate Manager needed in Devon

The largest Housing Association in the Somerset/Devon/Cornwall region are looking for 2 Sheltered Scheme/Estate Managers to manage a small Estate that houses elderly residents and offers support to all.

All supported housing with in this organisation is funded by supporting people, so you will need to have good knowledge of SP legislation.



The company has opened up 2 new posts, one covering 21 hrs per week and another covering 30 hrs per week in Devon, starting in October. Because these are new positions, there is a very strong possibility for the right person to be taken on permanently after Christmas. This is not guaranteed, however, a very strong possibility. This company offers ongoing training for both temporary and permanent members of the team where required.
