Multi sector Recruitment agency seeks business minded, sales hungry Consultants to add to their team!
A successful Recruitment Consultant will be both tenacious and consultative by nature as the role is a mix of HR, sales (both tele and field) and service. This varied role will involve attracting, interviewing and assessing office candidates and ultimately placing them with local employers on a temporary or permanent basis. In order to do this you will need to be a natural relationship builder and use your powers of persuasion on local employers to convince them to entrust their recruitment needs to you rather than to your competition.
The successful candidate will enjoy using their own initiative, often working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and have the ability to plan their own day within the office and out meeting clients on their premises.
