Servoca Resourcing Solutions are urgently looking for a Central Referral Officer for an initial 3 month contract.

You would be expected to support the provision for child protection and vulnerable persons referrals from police and outside agencies, so that timely and appropriate interventions can be made, thus maximising the opportunities for reducing the incidence of abuse of children and vulnerable people. In particular, to:

· Undertake further research following an initial assessment of the information/intelligence by the referral manager.
· Update intelligence and other databases following the results of such research and create referrals.
· Maintain an accurate record management system that will withstand robust audit.
· Conduct urgent research in defined circumstances for Statutory partner agencies.

A background working within child protection would be desirable but not essential.
