It is situated in the center of Exeter, in a new block of flats opposite to Prison (5 minutes to High Street). I will be going on long holiday and therefore willing to let the flat. It has got two substantial bedrooms, one bigger with double bed and one smaller with single bed and additional materace. There is a balcony in the flat and the lift in the block (flat is on the first floor). The price includes council tax. Water (£ 46 a month) and electricity (around £30 a month) need to be paid on top of the rent charges. There is no gas in the flat. It is ideal place for two people or even for two couples.
