We have a small room availble in a well kept - yet... homely victorian house in Mount Pleasant.

Netrual decour throughout. New double glazing and boiler. The outside of the property has is also undergoing some cosmetic improvements. Big bathroom, nice garden.

The house is currently shared by 4 reliable/friendly people and a small dog.

The rent is cheap as it's only a single room (small double does fit) - would suit tenant wanting working in exeter during the week.

Desposit is about £250 something - need to check this one! You will be required to have a referrence which is about £90 non refundable and is completed via a letting agency.

the rent is £160 per month plus bills.

The person who is leaving is flexible and has alternative accommadation sorted out, so I guess it's available as soon as you have completed the loops with the agency.

Did i say - also broadband access and 10 - 15 mins from city centre. Convienance corner shop in sneezing distance.

Sorry but...
We are keen to find someone who is prepared to pay council tax, hence it' probally not suited to a student.
Landlords says: No smokers or people claiming Housing Benefit
And no more pets - one is quite enough to manage!
