We have unexpectedly sold out house in Bristol and now need a three/four bedroom unfurnished one to rent within ten miles of Totnes. Impeccable references available. BUT we do have two beautifully trained golden retrievers so you would have to accept pets and have a garden. Prepared to pay deposits to secure before we move in. We're looking for at least six months rental.
