I am a hard working creative chef looking for a new challenge.

Experienced in pubs, hotels and restaurants, I have catered for a la carte and large volume establishments.

An "old school" chef, I like to cook from fresh ingredients, with an emphasis on Meditteranean and Pacific rim style cuisine.
