Administering an estate when a person dies can be a complex and time-consuming process. I can help with all the paperwork required to make an application for Probate, working in an approachable, flexible and empathetic way to suit the individual client.

I can do home visits if required and there are no fees for the initial meeting.

I also specialise in Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA). Making an LPA allows a person to choose someone as an attorney that they trust to make decisions about things such as finances and property on their behalf. This may be useful in the future if a person is no longer able to or lacks the mental capacity to make those decisions themselves.
