Working for one of the UK's leading Energy Providers in their prestigious offices located on the outskirts of Exeter.
You will be based in the Residential department responsible for chasing up outstanding debt and support of the department.
Duties:
Your duties would involve call handling for finalised accounts. You be required to make a high volume of outbound calls whilst receiving inbound calls from this work. You will be chasing outstanding debt and advising on how best to make these payments. You will also be required to deal with any associated administration from these calls.
Key Skills:
First class telephone manner
Confident communication skills
Ability to work to deadlines
Strong ability to work as part of a team and be self motivated

Hours:
The hours Monday-Thursday 4pm-8pm (min 2 nights), Saturday 8.30am-2pm.
Rate of Pay:
£6 per hour
