I am a 30-year old PhD student, looking for a mature student or professional to share a quirky house in St. Leonard’s.

Two minutes walk to the quay and ten minutes to the city centre.

It’s a semi-detached three floor town house with a big kitchen, living room, one bathroom, one extra toilet, three rooms, a utility room and a garden.

The house is double glazed, with central heating and all the electrical appliances, fully furnished, phone and broadband wireless internet.

Your room would be a single one. It’s sunny and really quiet, with views to St. Leonard’s church. It includes a single bed, a wardrobe and a dresser. Although the room is small, you can make use of another single bedroom as a studio.

The rent is 375 pounds per month. Bills are not included. References should be checked by the agency, that will charge you a fee of 125 pounds. 1 month deposit. Six months contract. No pets allowed...sorry ;(
