Position: Customer Service Advisor


Salary: £5.80 per hour. Rises to £6.20 after completion of a 3 month probation period


Location: Taunton & Somerset Hospital, Musgrove Park Hospital , Taunton, TA1 5DA

Hours: 25hrs per week, working on a rota basis including weekends.

Hospedia is committed to providing innovative services that provide patients in hospitals with their own TV, radio, telephone, internet and gaming console - all at the bedside.

We are focused on providing services for patients and remain committed to improving the hospital experience.

As part of a team you'll spend most of the time demonstrating our great bedside services to patients and visitors, with some basic maintenance tasks, cleaning and dealing with enquiries. You should be able to work on your own initiative as the positions are not office based and 95% of your time will be spent on the hospital wards at the Taunton and Somerset Hospital.

Essential Requirements:

* You must be experienced in working to customer service targets

* Experience of customer services dealing with the general public preferably in a face to face environment

* Successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced CRB Disclosure

Hospedia is operational 365 days a year covering an 08:00-20:00 service so weekends and bank holidays may be worked on a rota.
