I'm looking for a new photography studio!

I'm open to suggestion as to building type.. old barn, light industrial unit, office, garage, etc! Basic requirements are as follows:

Approx 20ftx15ft open space for studio
Private access - not shared
Access 24/7
Electrics
Toilet facilities
Ideally (not essential) small office/store room off the main room
Parking

Interior condition not a problem - in fact would prefer a bare shell! I'm happy to paint walls/floors/etc as required!

I am really open to suggestion at this stage - Happy to view anything so feel free to contact me if you have something I can view!

Area - Exmouth & surroundings...

Budget - depending on building & location
