Hello!

I am a 22yr old professional female working in Exeter city centre. I am looking to rent a furnished double room ideally within walking distance to the city centre. Friendly housemates would be an advantage!

I would like the rent to be all-inclusive - all bills included, and I don't really want to get tied into a 6 month contract, something less would be ideal.
