A genuine and exciting opportunity has arisen within our company for an individual with an eye for detail and good keyboard skills.

We are currently expanding the team due to the launch of a new recruiting product so part of your role will involve contacting prospect companies in order to gather vital information and enter this on our in-house database. Other aspects of the role will involve sending out correspondence to clients and candidates; posting vacancies onto job boards; updating candidate files and general administration.

You will not be required to make sales calls although over time if you chose to develop into this area of the business you will be given the opportunity to do so.

We will consider applications from candidates who are thinking of making a career change and would like to find out if they are suited to the recruitment industry. So if you would like to 'test the water' in an administration role before moving on to train to become a Recruitment Consultant then please contact us. We are equally happy to consider candidates who want to continue to develop their skills in administration and do not wish to consider other areas.

Our offices are idyllically situated on the edge of Dartmoor just 10 miles west of Exeter. You will be joining a very friendly team with a shared goal of supplying a quality service to both clients and candidates. We are not pushy sales people but we are very customer focussed and you will need to share this same enthusiasm to exceed customer expectations. We would encourage candidates with various levels of experience to apply as we are prepared to offer training although you will be required to currently possess good basic IT skills.

Our hours of work are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
