Hello!

We are looking for a friendly, trustworthy and fun housemate to join our house share in Mount Pleasant in Exeter (Monks Road) from around the 10th October 2009!

Currently there are 4 of us sharing a large terraced house which has recently been refurbished and fully furnished. We are a mix of post-graduate students, health professionals and self-employed people (3 girls, one bloke at the moment!) - all very friendly and sociable and enjoy a few pints every once in a while!

We've got a double room (with adjoining porch area) for rent which is a decent size and comes with some nice period features (fireplace) and can be furnished or unfurnished based on your preference. The rent comes with wireless internet included in the rent price and there is ample on-road parking. We are 10 minutes walk from town and 2 minutes to the local pub, shop and chippy - really useful for getting everywhere really.

We also have a nice sunny garden where 2 friendly rabbits live (Molly and Matilda), we've got a washing line, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. Also you'll be pleased to know we have two bathrooms both with toilets and electric showers.

We don't mind if we get a boy or a girl as long as they are friendly, trustworthy and pay the bills (which are split 5 ways!). The rent is £280 per month and this comes with free wireless internet included in the price. You can also request what furniture you want in the room before you move in - the landlord is very flexible.
