The house is in a great location situated in a quiet close by the river only 20 minutes walk into the high street and 5 minutes walk to exeter saint davids train station. We have lounge, kitchen, 1 bathroom and toilet, There is also a small back garden too. We have sky, wireless broadband which is all part of the package. We must mention the house is smoking free, no pets and only respectful tidy people please apply.
