Senior Housing Officer required in Somerset with specialist Neighbourhood experience and Knowledge.



A very large Somerset based Housing Association are rapidly growing and are looking to expand even further and grow their already very experienced Housing Management team.



This Housing Association are an independent, not for profit organisation, known more formally as a registered social landlord (RSL). 



They offer affordable homes for rent and shared ownership, together with homes and support for vulnerable and older people in Somerset.



As the Senior Housing Officer, you will be working with in the Neighbourhood team and will be reporting to the Neighbourhood Manager. This is an excellent permanent contract offering a very competitive salary. The successful applicant will be starting toward the end of November, dependant on notice periods. 















You will need to have knowledge and experience with in the following key areas of housing:





- Strategy

- Culture policies

- Policies and Procedures

- Financial regulations

- Estate Management

- Staff supervision

- Housing service delivery

- Tenancy compliance

- Development

- Lettings

- Monitor the neighbourhood's team using performance indicators
