Our Champagne and Cocktail Bars are stylish and sophisticated venues that are always attached to a Michael Caines Restaurant. Yet they are stand-alone destinations in their own right, too, serving a range of outstanding Champagnes by the flûte or bottle and classic and innovative cocktails.

We are looking for a highly talented Champagne Bar Assistant. You will have a creative flair, great knowledge of drinks and champagne's. Possess fantastic customer service skills. Experience within a similar role is desirable.
