This is a special house with all the rooms offering views and their own unique character. An end terrace, the front rooms look onto Mont le Grand and from the rear you can see beyond Exeter to the hills beyond. Light space and/or character I adore practically every room in the house for a different reason.

Currently I live her with my partner and up to 4 children at any one time (so don't expect a pristinely decorated mansion), plus 2 tenants/friends/family in the house plus dear Marcus stowed away. doing his thing in the basement.

Walking distance to Exeter city centre, so I find I can cycle to most places i need to get to....

5 good size bedrooms, a large front room, fair size kitchen/diner and well an adequate bathroom. The flat is compact but well thought out with a bedroom, kitchen/diner and shower room, as well as quite alot of storage and good access to the garden. I have always thought it also has good potential for use for healing purposes..
