Permanent Business Support Co-Ordinator job based on the outskirts of Exeter.
The purpose of this role is to provide support and contribute to the business while also being responsible for the smooth and efficient running of day to day operations within the Exeter Office
The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide full secretarial and P.A support to the director, including diary management, minute taking and booking travel arrangements. Alongside this you will be expected to provide full day to day management of the office environment from acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the office, through to supplier management.
Key skills include:
Degree level qualification or equivalent would be an advantage when applying for this role. ( *Excellent written and verbal English Skills required):
*Communication - at all levels (both internally and externally) - both verbal and written
*Organisation - of own and others time and workload to meet and prioritise demands
*PC skills including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook to an advanced level.
*Calm and able to work under pressure to tight timescales (and support Director in achieving this)
*Pro-active and able to use own initiative to take decisions and resolve issues independently
