Duties:

Processing purchase and sales invoices

Budget monitoring

Reconciliation of supplier statements

Raising customer invoices

Processing credit card transactions



Essential candidate requirements:

Extensive recent experience within a similar role, including Purchase and Sales Ledger

High degree of accuracy

Good working knowledge of Sage Line 50

Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to a variety of tasks
