The house is on two floors. First floor has a living room with a separate entrance, it has an additional outbuilding; then going into another entrance one enters the first floor of the main house which has a kitchen diner, a corridor, a cellar and a bathroom.The second floor has two bedrooms and a small box room. The property is set on 1200 sq.m. of regulated land and has some really nice views.

It is connected to water mains and electricity and has many outbuildings (L-shaped) attached to the house. There is a big wooden gate with a shed on the other side of the house.

The house and the outbuildings are entirely overlooking the garden and the hills that surround the village.

It is on a high part of the village and the views are really pleasant. The road is OK good - about 100metres away from the main street of the village.

Stunning location, the village is currently a hub for Voditsa spring water, from the villages natural spring, there is a huge lake too.
