Contract, rent and bills...

I am looking for someone to take up a joint tenancy agreement with me, with Leamans Letting Agents. This would be a 6 month minimum term contract, and then on a rolling one month basis.

Rent = £347.50 pcm (payable to Leamans Letting Agents)

Deposit = one and a half months rent (payable to Leamans Letting Agents)

I am looking for a 50/50 split on all household bills, which are usually around 100/month each including council tax, gas, electricity, internet, phone, water and TV licence.
