Excellent part time opportunities have become available working for one of Europe’s leading Energy Providers in their prestigious offices located on the outskirts of Exeter.

These part time roles are based within the Energy Sourcing and Customer Supply branch in the large Residential department. These roles are on a long term temporary basis; however they may have the potential to lead to a fixed term contract with the client. Therefore you must be able to commit to a minimum of 9 months in the first instance.

duties

• Contacting customers to establish payment of outstanding amounts
• Advising existing customers on the best way to meet payments
• Amending customers records and keep database up to date
• Provide a customer focused service

key skills

• First class telephone manner
• Confident communication skills
• Accurate keyboard skills – inputting alpha and numerical information
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets
• Strong ability to work as part of a team and be self motivated
• Enthusiastic

hours

Minimum requirement of 13.5 hours per week.
Saturdays are fixed from 08.30 – 14.00. There is a choice of weekday evening shifts from Monday-Thursday 16:00 – 20:00 (minimum of 2 week nights to be fixed once started).

pay rate

£6 per hour
