Week-long room rental needed for local film production

Group of local film-makers looking for a room as a setting in their latest low-budget production.

We are looking for a room in one of the following areas:

The Quay
bottom of South Street and Fore Street (side road preferable)
Southernhay
Streets near to the Hourglass pub

We need the room every evening between 5th and 11th September 2009. The scenes that will be shot are purely dialogue so no harm will come to the property. Insurance is in place in any event.
