My clients are looking for a full time customer service assistant to join their team
MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Resolving customer queries and any complaints
Processing orders / data input
Taking small sales over the telephone (in-coming)
Liaising with Production Department regarding manufacturing issues and timescales
Liaising with Despatch Department regarding delivery schedules
Arranging couriers / postage of replacement and missing parts
Running reports as required
PERSONAL SKILLS / QUALITIES REQUIRED
Ability to assimilate technical information
Excellent verbal communication skills / telephone manner
Confidence and ability in dealing with difficult or unhappy customers
Ensuring resolution of problems
Time-management / prioritisation of workload / organisation skills
Flexibility / adaptable to different situations / tasks
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
After-sales service experience essential
Experience in busy customer focused sales environment desirable
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Educated to at least GCSE level in English and Maths
