Double room to let in lovely Edwardian house in Sidmouth. Close to town centre, the beach, the Byes (National Trust park) and bus stop to Exeter, and Exmouth.
Sharing with single parent writer and artist, one very well behaved kiddie (9), a cute border terrier dog and cat that talks. Would suit mature student who would prefer seaside home to city centre. Someone sociable enough to share the odd meal and DVD would be nice, but not so sociable they want to throw parties in their room! I can be slightly reclusive, so someone who wants to leave the partying to town, and home be a peaceful haven would be ideal. We are very friendly, and I always cook too much....
The room is currently empty, and almost ready - just needs curtains and a wardrobe which I can sort out quickly if need be.
