I'm coming to teach English to international students at the university between Monday 4th August and Saturday 6th September and I'm looking for a room/flat to rent. I'm quiet and considerate, mature (in my 40s) and a non-smoker. I could imagine some kind of flat-sitting arrangement, a room in a family house, or a quiet share with one or two others (I'll be working hard preparing classes). I'll be leaving on Saturday 6th September. I'd be looking to pay between £60 and £90 per week, depending on what's on offer.

I'll be staying in university accommodation at least for the first few days, but if you have something suitable for the time remaining please do get in touch.
