Hi,
I'm currently trying to move out of my flat (i share with two other students) because a room has become available at one of my best friends' houses (and the rent is cheaper, too). I can't do this until i find someone to take over my tenancy. This is where you could come in...

The two other students are undergrads, but are in their 3rd year (as am i) so not the sort to go out partying all the time. They're really nice guys to live with.

It's a great flat. It's clean, has been freshly painted and has all mod cons-- loads of fridge space, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, tv, broadband is getting installed next week. All the rooms have double beds and decent storage, enough for 2 (and mine has a nice layout). Everywhere's carpeted except the bathroom. In the bathroom there's a bath and separate shower, and the shower is amazing. It's got phenomenal water pressure and it's really hot and lovely... My hair's never felt so clean!

It's close to campus; about 12-15mins walk. It's also not too far from town, about a 10 min walk, and it's right near Henry's Bar and the Costcutter and a Chinese takeaway, which is pretty convenient. It's also on the P bus route (bus stop directly outside) and a 1 minute walk to Blackboy or Pinhoe Rds for the K and T buses (and i think the 1A, too).

Rent is £87 a week, not including bills. But the place is pretty energy efficient so the bills won't be that much. As i recall it was rated category B on the energy certificate. What's more, Dave and Mike (the two guys i'm living with) aren't the wasteful types and are more inclined to wear layers than put the heating on!

I'd also like to stress that i'm not moving out due to anything being wrong with the flat at all, i just want to live with my gal pals! There are also no issues with housemates; they're stellar guys and great to live with. And pretty tidy, too. They're great, actually--wish i could take them with me... If you're interested, please please please get in touch with me.

Thanks,
Emma
