My Client owns some of the smartest, fun and funkiest bars, restaurants and late night venues in the South West. We are looking to recruit an outstanding Manager for our venues in Exeter/Torquay, serving exciting Thai food as well as more traditional fare. There is also a late night element to the venues, so experience in this environment is essential.

The ideal candidate will be highly self motivated, be a very friendly and outgoing sociable individual. They will be determined and confident whilst clearly happy to give numerous examples of their record of success. They will love vibrant and busy environments and be very ambitious to succeed in an independent and autonomous business. With a proven track record for hard work and an eye for detail, a belief in quality service and ensuring that the customer is king.

The candidate will be able to demonstrate by way of references to specific strategies or initiatives they have controlled in the delivery of high quality sales and promotion activity. They will be able to give measurable and tangible financial answers and draw the interviewer to Pand L measures. In return we offer an impressive salary (live-out) and benefits package.
