An exciting opportunity has become available working for one of the UK's leading Energy Providers in their prestigious offices located on the Exeter Business Park.
Working within the in the Customer Field Services department the role involves a combination of administration and customer service based work.
Applicants should be in a position to commit to a minimum of 6 months initially with an immediate start.
Duties:
Investigating cases of theft of electricity of gas and/or electricity.
Liaise with national customers with regards to settling bills.
Liaising with customers, police and external agencies.
Updating and amending customer records using in house computer systems.
Report generation.
General administration duties.
Key Skills:
Previous experience in a call handling role is a requirement for this role, the suitable candidate must be comfortable and confident on the telephone.
Ability to work on own initiative and priorities work load.
Accurate keyboard skills – inputting alpha and numerical information.
A working knowledge of MS office applications including Excel, Word and Email would be required.
Able to work to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
Hours: 37.5 per week between 8am -4pm Monday to Friday
Pay rate: £6.00P/H
