OPENING SEPTEMBER
I am looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic assistant manager, we are opening a new bar in Exeter near the university, with a concept being open from 8 am to at least midnight serving breakfasts, coffes as well as lunches, lite bites and food in the evening. It will be called the Farmers Union and opening at the begining of september.
The working week will consist of a 5.5 day week to include weekends and mostly evenings so you will have responibilitys of cashing up, locking up, staff training, organisisng special evenings as well as maintaining excellent house standards, all legal requirements associated with running a licensed operation.
\So you would have to be flexible, dedicated and have a great personality as well as a desire to work within this ever changing trade, salary will be upto £15,000 and paid monthly.
